Proposal for an Improvement of the Management of the Community Štoky

The bachelor’s thesis is focused on budget management of the community Štoky in years 2007-2011. It includes the theoretical knowledge about the municipalities, of its property, its management of property and it is about the control of the municipality's management. The second part deals with the characteristic of the municipality Štoky. In the third part there are analyzed the incomes and the expenses of the municipality budget from the period stating above. The last part of this bachelor´s thesis deals with the suggestions as how to improve the financing of the municipality and how to improve the management of property.

The Proposal for Economy Improvement of Municipality of Horni Marsov

The goal of this project is put forward for proposal for improvement budget basic on theoretical starting point and activity analysis of village and its budgets in last several years, also motion for increase income points of budget’s items and enhancement of expenditure‘s efectivity in economizing village.

The Evaluation of the Municipality Management

The first part of my work contains the theoretical resources, the second part deals with basic charakterization of the municipality Ludkovice. In the third part there are analysed receipts and expenditures of the municipality budget in the last four years and in the last part there are presented proposals for economy improvement of this municipality.

Its theoretical part sums sup of the most important pieces of knowledge concerning municipality functioning and money management . The practical part comprises the analyst of the statue incomes and costs and in the field of money management of municipal property. The results of this work are the proposal for possible solutions and should lead to the improvement of financial situation of the village future years.

Evaluation of the Municipality Management of the Community

The diploma thesis deals with the overall evaluation of management of the corporation Lešná, that is based on the usage of the selected financial methods during the period 2007 – 2011. The paper is divided into the several parts. The theoretical part deals with the findings of the management of the corporations located in the Czech Republic and in the practical part, the corporation Lešná is introduced and its revenues and expenditures are analyzed. The suggested proposals are based on the detected weaknesses and lead to improvement of its financial situation in the upcoming years.
